We recommend Simple Green.

Fill bottle 1/4 way up with bearing safe cleaning solution, shake a couple of times with bearings inside, take bearings out of the bottle and dry with your moms nice kitchen towels.

• Use of a lingerie bag is recommended
• Wash in cold water
• Use mild soap or detergent
• Do not use fabric softener
• Air dry or tumble dry, absolutely no heat to maintain softness
